Returns and exchanges

We offer a refund (hereinafter "Refund") and / or replacement of items within 14 days of purchase, subject to the eligibility conditions set forth below. After 14 days from the date of purchase, you will not be offered a refund and / or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility terms for refunds and exchanges

1. The item must be in its original packaging.

3. Please note that our products are boutique products that are packaged by hand, so there may be a difference or deviation in the level of finishing between different items from the same product. In the following cases and at our discretion, partial refunds may be accepted

Shipping

1.  The item should be sent to the following address: In honor of  ho yum tea, eHouse, Tel Giborim 5, Floor 3, Tel Aviv-Yafo . By prior arrangement, you can arrive and replace the item on the spot.
2.  Shipping costs, both of the original order and of the replacement, are non-refundable and therefore will not be considered as part of the refund.
3.  The shipping cost for returning an item is the customer's responsibility.

Shipping in Israel

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place the order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of the order using the original payment method.

2. Shipping Address
Items offered on our website are available for domestic delivery, ie delivery areas to which our shipping provider (third party) allows delivery within the borders of Israel. If it will not be possible to ship to your address, we will inform you and refund you the total amount of the order using the original payment method.

3. Delivery Time
Delivery times as specified in the ordering process are approximate only. Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturday.

7. Additional Taxes

Order shipped in Israel are subjected to Israel Tax regulations and already included VAT and Tax, without any additional cost by the costumer. 

 

For Shipping Abroad - shipping cost as described in the shopping cart when placing an order, does not include additional Tax costs that may apply to the customer in the destination country, including VAT, customs and release cost. Costs of this type vary depending on the shipping data and destination country and will be at the customer's expense, without a refund on our part.
