ג׳ונג ח׳ה 2016 - כדורי פואר שו כהה אורגני | ho yum tea

Zhong He Shu Puer 2016 (Ripe Puerh) from Fengqing town in Western Yunnan Province, China.

Tea grown in a home farm using traditional sustainable farming methods, fed by ecological compost of organic waste without the use of modern fertilizers. The tea underwent an enzymatic post-fermentation procedure without the addition of fengus. After 7 years of aging it has reached enough maturity to be consumed right away, though it's recommended to store the tea in its original box for further aging (see further instructions).

The tea was rolled by hand into dragon balls of about 7 grams each (weight varies), though it does not mean it is a cheap factory blend, but a single tree natural tea of high level material, which due to its accessible profile we decided to compress into a ball shape.

A very convenient entry level version of shu pu'er, for those who wants to avoid committing to a tea cake, but not willing to compromise on quality.

A warming grounding shu pu'er that supports digestion and the liver function, suitable for drinking during wintertime.
