Bai Gu Da Shan, hybrid red (black) wulong tea from Taiwan, summer harvest 2019. Semi-aged, complex and layered tea that has been double rolled instead of the traditional folding. A tea with a mineral and woody profile with a sweet finish of black tea, and a rich complex of wulong flavors.
A sustainable farm that stands out in the Taiwanese landscape. We work closely with this farm, which collaborates with masters from all over Taiwan to produce various types of tea based on their expertise. There aren't many tea farms in Taiwan at an altitude of 2,000 meters that successfully grow Gao Shan tea using pesticide-free cultivation methods. The owner of the farm is responsible for several agricultural developments in the field of organic fertilizers that are environmentally friendly and beneficial for both humans and nature. The tea has been tested in our laboratory and is confirmed to be completely pesticide-free with over 500 toxic pesticides tested.
A masterpiece in the hybrid tea category that grows at an altitude of 1,700 meters in northern Nantou. Rare organic Gao Shan 高山 red tea, winner of the favorite award in our Winter Blind Tasting Club 2022, and one of the most successful types of tea we brought in 2023.
