Purple Buds 2022 dian hong red tea (black tea) is a blend of 6 local purple varieties grown at an altitude of 2,070 meters in Fengqing district of Western Yunnan Province, China. Large, rough and extremely thick purple leaves, produced in Dian Hong method and rolled vertically like needles (striped red). This version replaces Purple Fengqing 2019 which sold out.
An advanced tea suitable for both experienced and new drinkers. Aroma of citrus peel and a sharp palate of berries, orange zest and honey. A daily clear drink with medium body and a deep balanced taste.
